Here’s what to expect

DAY 1

KICKOFF - Onboarding & Live Initial Setup

You will have a kick-off call with your dedicated SkySwitch Onboarding Specialist. You’ll obtain access to our training portal and review the entire process to set the expectations of the education you’ll obtain to launch your cloud voice business.

WEEKS 1-2

ONLINE TRAINING

Our online training portal will guide you through SkySwitch University via Partner Essentials, including videos, quizzes and hands-on activities.

With Online Training, you will:

  • Learn how to brand your white-label UCaaS offerings with your logo and specifications across your own portals, systems and websites.
  • Learn the ins and outs of providing technical support to your UCaaS customers and become a Certified Technician once training is complete.

WEEKS 2-6

LIVE TRAINING

You will participate in two live Technical Training web conference sessions with your Onboarding Specialist for more advanced training.

  • If selling SIP Trunks, an SME will provide specialized training.
  • If using our Quoting & Billing Tool, a Billing Services Specialist will provide specialized training.
  • If using your own billing team, your Billing Services Specialist will train them while you continue your technical training.

WEEKS 7-12

GO LIVE - Setup Review & Onboarding Project Completion

You’re on your way to launching your own UCaaS business and practice! Your SkySwitch Onboarding Specialist will help you set up your first customer, such as adding seats. Our extended SkySwitch team members will help with specific tasks, including porting numbers from a previous provider to SkySwitch if needed.

  • Your Channel Account Manager (CAE) will continue to provide sales coaching and support for 24 months.
  • At the two-year mark, we will assign a dedicated Partner Account Manager (PAM) for ongoing support to ensure success for your UCaaS business.
